Login to ShipCSX.com and select ShipCSX Tools, Plan, and Pricing Documents.

Login to ShipCSX.com and select ShipCSX Tools, Plan, and Price Lookup. If no public rate is found, select the ‘Price Request Form’ button at the bottom of the screen. Once the form is submitted, your rate request will be sent to your Sales Manager for further review.

Login to ShipCSX.com and select ShipCSX Tools, Pay, and Demurrage Charges. To submit a dispute, click on summary and select the number under the “Totals’ column. Check the invoice(s) to dispute under ‘Selected’. Once the invoice is selected, click on the ‘actions’ drop down and select ‘Dispute Invoice’ and click ‘Go’.
