CSX crews continue to inspect the network and phase in operations where it is safe to do so, as flooding recedes in certain areas and as trees and debris are removed from the tracks.

Customers with shipments scheduled to travel in or through the Gulf region can expect delays of at least 72 hours as wind and rain and continues, causing regional flooding and power outages. As South Florida traffic backlog continues to be worked down, those customers can expect minor delays.

CSX will update you as the storm passes through the area, and assessments and restoration plans are complete. For more specific information on shipments, customers can contact the CSX Customer Service Center via ShipCSX's Problem Resolution Tool or by calling 1-877-ShipCSX (1-877-744-7279), prompt #5, then prompt #6.
