CSX is committed to keeping you informed as we manage the challenges caused by recent extreme weather. We’re pleased to share that we have returned to normal operations in the Northeast following this week’s severe weather event.

However, we are closely monitoring conditions as new storms are expected to develop and continue through early next week. These systems could potentially impact the Midwest and Southwest areas of our network.

The CSX team is fully prepared to minimize disruptions and ensure your shipments keep moving. We will provide timely service updates through CSX Customer Advisories and Intermodal Real-Time Service Advisories. If your service needs change due to weather, please inform your CSX representative immediately.

For Carload assistance, select option 2 from the sub-menu, then 1, 5 to connect with a representative. For Intermodal support, choose option 2 from the sub-menu, then 2, 2.
