CSX Customer Advisory: Hurricane Laura Recovery Underway

CSX has sustained minimal impacts from Hurricane Laura, and we are resuming operations at New Orleans. Delays are possible at the New Orleans and Memphis gateways, however, as a result of disruptions on connecting railroads. We are currently coordinating with our rail partners to determine the best gateways for interchanging traffic.
 
We will continue to monitor conditions and issue updates as needed as the storm moves eastward. Please monitor our Customer Advisories and the Intermodal-specific Real-Time Service Advisories for any operational actions that may become necessary.
