CSX Customer Advisory: CSX Terminates Embargo

In response to the comprehensive rail labor agreements announced early Thursday morning, CSX is immediately resuming normal rail operations, including lifting our embargo on hazardous materials and safety-sensitive shipments.

CSX appreciates the efforts of negotiators and White House facilitators to reach tentative agreements with all rail unions. As of Thursday morning, two unions had ratified their agreements and others had scheduled votes. Details of the bargaining process is available at raillaborfacts.org.
