CSX Customer Advisory: CSX Monitoring Winter Weather Conditions

CSX anticipates weather-related delays in the upper Midwest as a result of frigid temperatures and icy conditions impacting some CSX locations as well as connecting carriers.

CSX is deploying additional resources to potentially affected areas to support operations and protect employee safety, and alternative routings may be considered for some traffic. Customers are advised to follow winter weather best practices for keeping track and switches clear.

Updates will be provided as conditions warrant. Please monitor the CSX Customer Advisories and Intermodal-specific Real-Time Service Advisories for any operational actions that may become necessary, and notify your CSX contact of any site closures or changes in local service needs resulting from the weather conditions.
