CSX Customer Advisory: CSX Monitoring Winter Storm Activity

CSX is preparing for the impacts of a major winter storm that is forecast to bring heavy snow and freezing rain to the Midwest, Ohio Valley and Northeast regions this week.

Operations teams are following the Winter Storm Plan to ensure resources are in place to respond quickly and mitigate potential impacts from the blizzard conditions. Customers are urged to keep tracks and switches clear to help ensure safety and avoid local service delays. Guidance is provided in CSX Winter Safety video, accessible here.

There are currently no service disruptions to report. However, additional advisories will be issued as conditions warrant. Please monitor the CSX Customer Advisories and Intermodal-specific Real-Time Service Advisories for any operational actions that may become necessary, and notify your CSX contact of any site closures or changes in local service needs resulting from the storm.
