CSX is closely monitoring Hurricane Elsa as it tracks northwest through the Caribbean toward a possible Florida landfall next week. Although the path and strength of the storm remain uncertain, CSX is prepared to take precautionary measures to protect employees, rail traffic and infrastructure.
