Service Announcement – Important Bill of Lading/Waybill Change

To Our Valued Customers,

We continue implementing new ways to become more efficient and increase reliability to improve how we serve you. 

As part of these ongoing efforts, we are making two important changes, effective immediately:

  • CSX will no longer pull any equipment without a bill of lading. Please use established cut-off times indicated in ShipCSX for submissions.  
  • In addition, we will not accept equipment without proper billing at interchange locations from short lines and Class I railroads.  

These changes will help to further improve customer service. If you need any assistance with establishing cut off times or other details, please contact the Customer Service Center team at 1-877-ShipCSX (1-877-744-7279), option 5, then 6 or via www.shipcsx.com.
