Our signature community investment program, CSX Pride in Service, is our commitment to honor and serve those who serve our country and our communities—our nation’s veterans, military, and first responders. At CSX, nearly one in every five employees has served, many military bases are located in or near the communities that our trains roll through every day, and we employ our own railroad police, making these groups particularly important to CSX. Through Pride in Service, in collaboration with our nonprofit partners, we connect first responders, service members, and their families with the resources and support they need—where they need it and when they need it.
