For nearly 200 years, CSX has been committed to serving our customers day in and day out. Service is and has always been part of our DNA. We have developed our giving and volunteer programs to extend our service culture deeper into the communities we serve in our 26-state network.
Our signature community investment program, CSX Pride in Service, serves the heroes who serve our country (veterans, military) and our communities (first responders), by connecting them and their families with their neighbors, resources, support and honor.
We also support communities through monetary and in-kind donations to nonprofit organizations, and by working with select service partners to help us extend our impact. CSX employees can also take advantage of volunteer service opportunities to support their choice of nonprofit organizations.
