April 21, 2021 – Railway Age readers have chosen Mark Wallace, CSX executive vice president of Sales and Marketing, as one of the North American railway industry’s most influential leaders for 2021.
Mark is one of 10 honorees to earn this year’s recognition, which is given to leaders described by the magazine as “people who whose mantra is making a difference, and who are committed to service.”
Mark was recognized for developing and implementing a strategic vision for transforming the CSX Sales and Marketing Department into an organization built to accelerate growth. Leveraging the company’s improved service product, Mark is helping drive the delivery of innovative solutions that are further transitioning CSX from a service provider to a proactive supply chain partner.
