UPDATE: Customer Service Bulletin - Baltimore, Maryland, traffic moving

July 29, 2013 -1:50 PM EST - CSX reopened mainline tracks impacted by yesterday’s derailment on CSX’s I-95 corridor in the Baltimore, MD, area. Traffic is moving, although freight may experience delays over the next 24-36 hours as congestion clears.
