Customer Service Advisory - More Snow Hitting Buffalo Area

Additional snow continues to fall on the Buffalo area, significantly affecting all transportation modes including railroads. A CSX management team from the company’s headquarters is in Buffalo, using four-wheel drive vehicles to get crews to trains, and taking other actions to restore normal operations. However, customers with shipments over the high-volume Buffalo line should continue to expect delays up to 48 hours. CSX continues to work with customers across its network to implement winterization plans.
