CSX Transportation will curtail operations for brief periods during the holidays. Operations will be curtailed from 7 a.m. EST December 24 to 7 a.m. December 26, and again from 3 p.m. EST December 31 to 3 p.m. January 1. While some trains will operate on the holidays, this schedule will allow most employees to spend more time with their families.

The Customer Service Center will have limited staffing during that time. Customers with questions about shipments can contact the Customer Service Center via www.shipcsx.com or by calling 1-877-ShipCSX (1-877-744-7279) options 5, 6.
