Winter weather with significant snow accumulation is slowing operations in the northeast portion of CSX Transportation’s system today. States currently impacted are Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Northern Virginia.  Customers with traffic moving through these areas should expect delays up to 48 hours.
