As previously communicated, CSX will observe the Christmas holiday from 11 p.m. on Wednesday, December 23, through 7 a.m. Saturday, December 26. During this time, most terminal and train operations will be curtailed.

We will mirror this service suspension during the New Year holiday period.

Our Customer Service team will have limited staffing on hand both Christmas Eve and New Years Eve from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., EST. We will be closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day.
