If you call our Customer Service problem resolution group -- 1-877-ShipCSX (1-877-744-7279), prompts 5, 6 -- to inquire about service issues, we're adding an option to make contacting us faster and easier.

Currently, for telephone access to Customer Service problem resolution option, you have to use the telephone keypad to enter your ShipCSX User ID and PIN.

Beginning Wednesday, May 6, our system will include Interactive Voice Response (IVR) capability, and you will be able to speak your User ID and PIN, in addition to using the telephone keypad.
