On Wednesday, April 22, our telephone tracking tools Touch Trace (to track rail cars), and FastTrac (to track intermodal equipment) will be enhanced to include Interactive Voice Response (IVR) capability.

You will be able to speak your equipment numbers as well as use the telephone keypad to enter equipment for tracking.

These easy-to-use tracking tools are available 24 hours a day, from any telephone.
