ShipCSX Shipment Problem Resolution Tool to Offer Multiple Response Capability

The ShipCSX Shipment Problem Resolution tool makes it easy to submit inquiries and receive information about shipment problems. This tool allows you to submit inquiries directly to the Customer Service problem resolution team, plus it gives you a central place to manage shipment problem inquiries.

Beginning on Monday, December 7, we're implementing multiple response capability into the tool, so when you receive a response to an issue you have submitted, you will be able to request additional information or clarification about the response.

To use the new multiple response capability, log in to ShipCSX and go to the Shipment Problem Resolution tool. Inquiries with responses from Customer Service will have a "New" icon next to them. Click on the inquiry to open it and view the response. Along with the response, you will see a new text box where you can ask additional questions about the same shipment and inquiry.

If you have an inquiry about a different shipment problem, submit a new inquiry.
