New CSX Industrial Local/Yard Train Annulment Notification

At CSX, one of our Core Values is "It Starts With the Customer."� Beginning May 4th, when a train that works your location is annulled and will not run on your scheduled service day, you will begin receiving e-mail notifications.
This enhancement is part of our ongoing initiative to proactively inform our customers of service delays.
The e-mail notification will provide the following information:
Notification of a train annulment affecting your location
Reason for the Annulment
Alternate plan of service for your location
