Through your feedback, we have redesigned the ShipCSX Freight Claims Document Upload page. The new features went into production March 30th at 7pm. The changes will make it easier for you to upload documentation and receive immediate confirmation on screen.

These new features include -

• Receive claim or damage report number immediately on the upload page
• Directions to continue to the confirmation page; choose "Upload Documents" or "No Upload" to continue to the confirmation page & receive the confirmation email
• Fixed issues with size of documents not being accepted and file types not being accepted

 
CSX will receive the supporting documentation regarding the freight claim or damage report submitted. You will receive an email confirming the document(s) submitted.
