Attention Coal Shippers and Receivers:

Extended freezing conditions are expected in the coal fields for the next three of four days. Please ensure all coal loadings are applied with freeze proofing materials to minimize the chance of frozen coal in the cars and delaying the unloading process at destination. The appropriate amount of freeze proofing should be in accordance with your existing commercial agreements.
