Last week CSX Intermodal implemented an online credit card payment tool for storage charges on private equipment. CSXI would like to thank those customers who have become early adopters of the ShipCSX Online Premise Credit Card Payment tool.

In response to customers' requests, we are implementing a performance improvement enhancement to increase response and refresh times. In consideration for your business and to most appropriately handle the enhancement, CSXI will time the change at non-peak times and in conjunction with the upcoming holiday.

Please be advised that the ShipCSX Online Premise Credit Card Payment option will not be available between midnight on Friday, July 4 through 8 am on Saturday, July 5 (EST) due to system maintenance.

Information on unit storage charges and status will still be available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
