Effective January 1, 2009 OT-5 applications must be submitted through the Railinc website at www.Railinc.com.

If you are new to Railinc, you will need to register by following the instructions under the 'Register Here' link on their home page.

The review process remains the same. The status of your application will be managed through Railinc.
