Jon Haselwood Named President of TRANSFLO

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - CSX Corporation today announced that it has named Jon Haselwood as President of its TRANSFLO subsidiary, reporting to Fredrik Eliasson, Vice President of Emerging Markets, CSX.

"Jon's 17 years of sales and marketing experience and transportation industry knowledge will enable him to lead TRANSFLO in its efforts to create even more solutions and value for customers," said Eliasson. "We are fortunate to have Jon lead this important segment of our business."

Haselwood's key focus will be to strengthen the relationships with TRANSFLO's customers, leverage the company's safety and service expertise, and improve TRANSFLO's overall competitiveness in the marketplace.

He has held several positions of increasing responsibility within CSX's Sales & Marketing Department. Most recently, as director of the phosphate & fertilizer markets, he was instrumental in transforming the company's business from a predominately carload based business model to a highly efficient unit train service product.
