JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - CSX Transportation today issued the following statement:

'We are pleased to announce that the Surface Transportation Board (STB) rate case between CSX Transportation, Inc. and Seminole Electric Cooperative, Inc. has been settled and Seminole has filed a motion to dismiss the case (Docket No. 42110). The parties have entered into a mutually agreeable transportation contract, the terms of which are confidential."
