“Personal information” is generally defined as any information that identifies or could be used to identify you. Via our websites and forms on our sites we may collect personal information from you, such as your name, e-mail address, and mailing address. We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, process an order, or allow you to access specific account information. Cookies

We use cookies on our websites. A cookie is a tiny element of data that a web site can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your computer's hard drive so we can recognize you when you return. We use cookies in order to provide you with customized information when you visit our site, and to improve the functioning of our own site.

Analytics

Real-time monitoring
Our shipcsx.com website deploys a tracking pixel to track user interactions and web page performance. This allows our service provider, Datadog, to capture and recreate your browsing experience on our website. This technology may capture search queries you submit to the website, time you spend on a page or attempting to execute a transaction, and your interactions with our website. The purpose of deploying this tool is to better understand our users’ experience on our website, including opportunities for improvement. Our service provider does not use the information collected for any purpose other than as described here and deploys a 30-day retention period for session data.

Google Analytics
Our websites use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc (“Google”). Google uses cookies to help us analyze how visitors use our website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server. Google uses this information for evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on the website activity, and providing us with other analytic services relating to our websites and internet use. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

You may manage and opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting Google’s Ads settings and selecting the appropriate settings in your browser. However, please note that if you do so, you may not be able to use the full functionality of our website. Alternatively, you can prevent Google’s collection and use of data by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en  and/or opt out by visiting www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ or www.youronlinechoices.com.
