CUSTOMER SERVICE BULLETIN - CSX Tracks in Abbeville, S.C., Re-Open

March 10, 2012 – Tracks at Abbeville, S.C., damaged in a derailment on Thursday, re-opened today. Train traffic has resumed but customers are advised that delays of approximately 24-48 hours are likely until a backlog of train traffic is reduced.

The company’s Customer Service Center is coordinating with affected shippers and receivers. Customers should contact the Customer Service Center via ShipCSX’s Problem Resolution tool or by calling 1-877-SHIPCSX, prompts 5, then 6.
