Clerical (Support business processes and problem resolution)

Clerks provide a number of support jobs throughout the railroad with different titles, working in different departments. Clerks may work in the yard office, towers, mechanical shops, and other various office locations. Clerks assist with data entry, billing, customer service, procurement and transportation of items and services necessary for running the railroad. Office experience may be required.
