Business Resource Groups

CSX fosters a collaborative environment that allows every employee to bring the best of themselves each day and share ideas that drive innovation and create a more vibrant entrepreneurial spirit. Through employee-led business resource groups, we are building connection, creating opportunities and helping to lead a transformation across the industry.

Our business resource groups empower employees to connect with peers and company executives, and to build a community of support, trust and advocacy as they grow their careers. These groups also use their shared interests and experiences to promote engagement, boost cultural awareness and create positive change both within the company and in the communities we serve.
