The CSX Radio Service Center is certified to repair products from most major 2-way radio manufacturers serving the railroad industry.
Rates: $70 per hour plus the cost of materials
(1-hour minimum. Billed in ½-hour increments after first hour.)
STEP 1. To get started:
Set up an account with the CSX Radio Service Center.
The Radio Service Center will notify you when your account has been established. It takes about 5 business days.
STEP 2. Print out the Radio Repair & Return Form (PDF), fill it out and enclose it with each radio being sent for repair.
