Customer Safety Videos
Safety is a way of life at CSX, and the safety and well being of our employees and customers is our top priority. The Customer Safety videos below help promote the value of being committed to what really matters — safety and our customers. The videos provide examples of procedures for our customers to learn how to manage seasonal railroad hazards that affect the safety of all of our employees. These hazards can often interfere with our ability to provide consistent service to our customers especially during winter months. Be sure to view the video appropriate for your geographic area.
