Q. I have a problem with CSXMoves, how do I report a problem?
A. Send an email to CSXMoves@csx.com for any errors or issues while using/downloading the software. Please provide as much information about the situation as possible: device model and/or version, device operating system version, a detailed description of the issue.
Q. What are the system requirements for CSXMoves?
A. If you are running CSXMoves on a PC: Core 2 Duo CPU, 3 GB System RAM, Geforce 8400 or better card with an equivalent with 512mb of video RAM. For a more enjoyable experience, we recommend at least a Core i5 or better, 4GB system RAM, and a Geforce 200 Series card with 1GB of Video RAM.
If you are running CSXMoves on a Mac: You should have no problems on a Macbook Pro, iMac, Mac Mini, or Mac Pro from late 2011 onwards. CSXMoves needs reasonably good 3D performance to be useful.
Q. Does CSXMoves play on a PC or Mac?
A. Yes, it will play on both. However, you must download the PC or the Mac version from our website
Q. How do I remove CSXMoves from my computer?
A. In your uninstall program, remove the CSXMoves application
Q. Does CSXMoves access or send my contact information?
A. No contact information is collected or stored by CSXMoves.
Q. I cannot figure out how to complete the challenge, is there an “easy” button?
A. Yes, you can hit ESC and click on “Show Me”, please refer back to the user guide

Q. How does scoring work?
A. There is a baseline time limit to complete your activity correctly. Any incorrect activity and time longer than the baseline will count against you. You can view this at the end of each challenge
Q. Can I start at any challenge or do I have to start at the beginning?
A. In the Main Menu you can choose “Level Select” to choose the specific challenge
Q. Can I fully control the train?
A. No, you can only move Forward/Reverse, you control the speed and you can uncouple. Please refer to the User Manual for more actions
Q. How long does it take to load the software?
A. Software downloading is based on the internet connection available . With a good connection is may take only a few seconds, but longer if you have a slower connection, in some cases up to 30 min. If you experience issues you can contact CSXMoves support at CSXMoves@csx.com
Q. Once I have downloaded CSXMoves, where do I find it?
A. An “installer” file will be downloaded on the desktop, click on this and run the file. You will then find a zipped CSXMoves file. Unzip this and Extract All. After this a folder will be on your desktop or a shortcut under your programs will be available for you to select.
Q. The links from the "Links" menu are not working.
A. You have to be online for the links to route you to the corresponding URL.
Q. How much storage space is required once CSXMoves is downloaded on my computer?
A. Both the Windows and MAC version each require 0.5 GB.
Q. Is a mobile App version available?
A. Unfortunately not yet but maybe in the future.
Q. When downloading I received a security warning from my system.
This appears to be an issue with the anti-virus software running an update on your PC at the same time the CSXMoves download is attempted. Run the anti-virus software update & scan to completion, then download CSXMoves or simply download CSXMoves on a thumb-drive with a minimum of 400 MB storage and play it from there.
Q. Will CSXMoves run on Linux?
A. We have tested it on Linux distributions using Wine and PlayOnLinux with good results.
