Due to improving weather conditions, CSX Transportation is terminating the force majeure condition previously declared with respect to coal transportation services originating within or moving through Pennsylvania, West Virginia or Maryland, effective February 17, 2010. CSXT continues to work diligently to restore normal transportation service as soon as reasonably possible.
