The 30 June 2009 ShipCSX news release titled Moving Private Empty Cars applies to customers moving freight under the CSXT 8100 Tariff. These changes and charges are associated with the movement of non-coal products under our primary merchandise public tariff. These conditions and fees do not apply to coal customers with private car fleets moving traffic under private contracts and coal designated public tariffs.
