Coal Operations phone lines have been restored to normal operations.

Phones lines directly supporting the CSXT Coal Operations team are currently experiencing technical issues. Outside customers may not be able to hear the verbal transmissions from Coal Operations. The Coal Operations team is currently using emails as a temporary work around until full capabilities are re-established. CSXT Coal Operations personnel are not intentionally hanging up on customers.
