Batch Weigh origins Loading to 98% Capacity

To All CSXT Batch Weigh Origins:

Now would certainly be the time to consider targeting at least 98% car capacity utilization on all your shipments. 98% capacity utilization based on approved car capacity would be:

98% Target

286,000 lb. car capacity = 280,280 Total Lading (includes weight of coal and weight of rail car)

270,000 lb. car capacity = 264,600 Total Lading (includes weight of coal and weight of rail car)

263,000 lb. car capacity = 257,740 Total Lading (includes weight of coal and weight of rail car)

Get a few more tons out of the stockpile and into the rail car today!

And please remember to ensure the four character ShipCSX reservation number is used in the KSS Unit Train ID field when submitting the Bill of Lading.

The requirement for both the KSS Unit Train ID and the ShipCSX Volume Shipment Reservation Number field is always the four digit value Reservation number located on the customers ShipCSX calendar for that particular shipment. (1 Alpha character followed by three numbers). Example: A777 or R555

In order for the BOL to be received correctly by CSXT, the four character reservation number (1 Alpha character followed by three numbers) must always be entered in these fields.
