CSX assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided regardless of the cause, or for any decision made, or action taken by the user in reliance upon any maps or information provided.  The "Road" and "Aerial" images in the TDSI Map are courtesy of Bing Maps and are updated periodically by Microsoft.  The "Terrain" images in the TDSI Map are provided by ESRI and are updated periodically by ESRI.  If development has occurred since the last aerial update it will not be shown on the map.
