Christina Bottomley, vice president of Business Development and Real Estate, has been instrumental in expanding CSX’s Select Site program. By eliminating common barriers to site readiness, she has helped position CSX as a key partner for companies seeking efficient, rail-integrated locations.
Bottomley’s leadership has driven the expansion of CSX’s industrial site inventory by nearly 1,000 properties, while she oversees a pipeline of more than 500 industrial projects. Her efforts align economic development with sustainability and long-term growth in the rail industry.

Additionally, Bottomley leads a team dedicated to facilitating utility applications on CSX corridors, ensuring infrastructure development integrates efficiently with company operations.
Carrie Crozier, vice president of Intermodal Operations, was also recognized for her contributions to the rail industry. Since joining CSX in January 2024, she has played a pivotal role in transforming intermodal terminal operations.
Crozier’s extensive industry experience and consulting background have allowed her to implement strategies that balance operational efficiency with customer needs. Her leadership has strengthened CSX’s reputation for service excellence and improved its position in the intermodal market.
Most notably, Crozier led the transformation of operations at CSX’s Fairburn facility, improving capacity, truck turn times, and customer experience. Her process-driven approach ensures CSX’s intermodal operations remain competitive and forward-thinking.
