February 4, 2022 – CSX has been named one of the World’s Most Admired Companies by Fortune magazine, reflecting the company’s growing reputation a transportation industry leader.

CSX ranks sixth among all companies in the trucking, transportation and logistics sector and was one of only two railroads to make the list. Fortune evaluated 640 of the world’s 1,500 largest companies on nine criteria, including:

• Community responsibility;
• Wise use of company assets;
• Effectiveness in running a global business;
• Value as a long-term investment;
• Soundness of financial position; and
• Ability to attract and retain talent.
