The Retiree Gateway gives you secure access to your benefits details and other information just for retirees.

CSX Retirees automatically receive Gateway access for 1 year from your last day as an active employee. You must renew your access yearly.

Retiree Gateway Password Resets

If you already have a User ID and Password, use the CSX Self-Service Password Reset website to reset your password online quickly and easily.

First, you must register your security questions and answers in advance: Register now
