Customer Service/Network Operations Management Trainee
The Customer Service Management Program is a multi-faceted training program designed to prepare candidates for challenging positions in either the Network Operations or Customer Service departments in roles relating to managing union employees, customer interactions, the management of our train network and the systems that support these functions. Specific sub-groups in these departments are Crew Management; Locomotive Distribution/Planning; Train Dispatching; Coal Operations; Customer Service; Customer Operations; Business Systems; Customer Process Optimization and Labor/Manpower. The training will include classroom, field and on-the-job training and rotational assignments that will include shift work, extended travel and work in a non-traditional setting. Upon completion of the training program, successful candidates will be placed in positions that could include shift work and a non-traditional work week. Applicants should have one or more years of people leadership or project management experience.
