Support of Military Personnel 
CSX has a long, proud history of supporting the U.S. military and actively recruits military personnel for jobs in all departments. More than 6,400 CSX employees have prior military service (about one in five), including 21% of all newly hired personnel in 2010.

The Employee Assistance Program/Vocational Rehabilitation
CSX provides counseling services for all employees. The company’s Employee Assistance Program enables employees and their families to find help for family problems, substance abuse and mental health issues. The Employee Assistance Program also provides critical response services to employees who have experienced a critical incident at work.
