Use the Short Line Profile Worksheet (PDF)   to make updates and provide new information. You can either:

• copy the text from the worksheet, paste it in an e-mail and make updates/additions in the e-mail, and e-mail to Matthew_Adams@csx.com, or
• print out the worksheet and write your updates/additions on it, and fax the worksheet to Matt Adams at 904-306-5069.
