July 1, 2015 Revision to the Publication CSXT 8200

Dear CSXT Coal Customers,

The July 1st 2015 revision to the Publication CSXT 8200 Coal includes a few changes, including changes to the associated financial charges. Most all of the administrative changes are to support further integration between the Publication CSXT 8100 and Publication CSXT 8200 to be consistent across all of our customers. The charges had remained unchanged for several years but are now being revised to reflect the increased cost CSXT faces to support the work associated with the noted actions in the publication. These charges are used sparingly as the associated events have been historically limited in their occurrence. We are very pleased that customer performance and requested service requirements regularly meet the agreed upon terms and conditions to the benefit of both the customer and railroad.
