Supplier Performance Rating System
The Supplier Performance Rating System is a program that tracks supplier performance through scorecard measurements.
The scorecard gives us a way to:
- Communicate with you about your performance in the areas of quality, delivery and cost.
- Identify areas for potential process improvement and cost reduction.
The scorecard measurements are defined on the Supplier Scorecard Measurements (PDF)
