CSXDirectInvestsm is designed to provide you with an easy and convenient way to establish and grow a meaningful equity ownership in the company. To enroll, first read the prospectus and the instructions included on the Enrollment Form   .
If you are already a CSX shareholder:
- CSX Shares Held In Your Own Name:
Any CSX shares which you hold directly in your own name can easily be enrolled by completing the enclosed Enrollment Form and returning it to BNY Mellon Shareowner Services. - CSX Shares Held in Broker's or "Street" Name:
If your CSX shares are held in a brokerage account, you may participate in the Plan either (1) directly by registering some or all of your CSX shares in your name or (2) by having your broker send the shares to BNY Mellon Shareowner Services and then completing an Enrollment Form. Contact BNY Mellon Shareowner Services for delivery instructions for shares held by your broker.
If You Are Not a CSX Shareholder:
- You may join the Plan and make your first purchase of CSX shares directly through the Plan. To do so, you must complete an Enrollment Form and send a check or money order to:
